Order Processing Time Garretson's Sport Center makes every attempt to have all orders placed before 1pm CST processed and shipped the same day. In most situations product in stock will be shipped out the same day. In some situations a product shipment might be delayed by a day. If a product is out of stock you will be notified by phone or e-mail. Refer to the inventory section on how out of stock situations are handled. Orders may also be delayed if we experience any issues with processing your credit card information. Please make sure certain you provide correct Account Name, Billing Address, Card Type, Account Number and Security Code. Shipping Garretson's Sport Center provides several shipping options to our customers. Below is a list of options that are available on most items. All shipping options and pricing is provided on the cart/checkout pages. 5-7 Days- FedEx SmartPost FedEx SmartPost uses the combination of FedEx and USPS. This shipping method is offered on Items that weigh 9 lbs. or less and is offered by our supplier 3-5 Business Days (Ground Shipping) UPS or FedEx ground shipping is used on products that exceed 9 lbs. Using UPS or FedEx is determined by the supplier and the most cost effective way to get you the products you purchase. 2nd Day Air UPS or FedEx is used for 2 day delivery of products. If your order is shipped on a Monday you will receive it on Wednesday. Keep in mind UPS and FedEx don’t deliver on weekends. So if your order is shipped on Thursday you will receive it on Monday. If your order is shipped on Friday you will receive it on Tuesday. Next Day Air UPS or FedEx is used for next day air shipments. All next day air shipments will arrive the next business day. In this situation if an order is shipped on Friday you will receive the order on Monday. All order placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. If that Monday is a national holiday then the order will be processed the first non-holiday business day. Return Policy We want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return an item covered by our Standard Return Policy within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Items that are being returned must be in new and unused condition. Additionally all original boxes, bags, packaging and literature must be in new condition and included with the returned product. The following items may not be returned under any circumstances: • Unwrapped Bats-DO NOT take the plastic wrapper off of your new bat until you are certain it is the correct weight or size. Once the plastic wrapper has been removed, the bat cannot be returned to Garretson's Sport Center. • Jocks & Undergarments – Due to the personal nature of the product • Mouth guards – Due to hygienic reasons • Special Orders, Custom Orders, Team Orders or other Special Accommodations • Customized Products – This includes jerseys with personalization • Blemished Products How to Return Merchandise Please contact us at (970) 353-8068 for a return authorization number (RA #). A Return Authorization Number expires 30 days from the date of issue. Expired Return Authorizations will be refused and returned. We will be more than happy to issue another Return Authorization number as long as the product is within the return window. Garretson's Sport Center does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. We are not responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacture the products we carry. Garretson's Sport Center will do everything we can to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without hassle. Returned merchandise must be in original condition, and include all factory packed accessories and paperwork (e.g. straps, unmarked warranty card, manuals etc.), in the original manufacturer bag/box and packaging with UPC, barcode, and serial number intact. Incomplete returns will receive a reduced credit reflecting any missing accessories, packaging or literature. Please take special care when opening products shipped in plastic clamshell packaging as we may be unable to accept a return for items with destroyed or damaged packaging. Removal or alteration of a product’s UPC number or serial number label will automatically void any possibility of return for credit or replacement. Products that are returned to Garretson's Sport Center with a missing or altered UPC or serial number will be returned to the sender. The product serial number must match the serial number that was originally purchased. Return merchandise must be double boxed with no writing on the manufacturer’s box. We will not, under any circumstances, accept a return that uses a shoe box as the outer box even if the items inside are different than what is depicted on the box. Your Return Authorization Number must be displayed prominently on the outside of the shipping box. Packages without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. Refused deliveries will be subject to a return shipping fee. Returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the shipper’s responsibility. Return Shipping Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our warehouse) is like or comparable to your cost of driving to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost. If an item you received is defective, we will certainly replace the item with a new one, however we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for returning defective merchandise back to our warehouse. We will ship the replacement product to you at our cost, and use every good measure to ensure that the replacement order is processed quickly. Exchanges If you purchased a product from us that you wish to exchange for an alternative, you can return the item for a refund or store credit and simply place a new order for the item you desire. A refund credit cannot be applied to a new purchase. Please note that our standard Return Policy applies, only items eligible for a return may be returned for store credit. It may take 5-10 days for a return to be received, inspected and processed. Defective Items An item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt can be replaced, or returned for a full refund for the purchase price provided that the item hasn’t been used. Garretson's Sport Center does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. We are not responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacture the products we carry. However, if you pay to send the item back to Garretson's Sport Center we will replace the item and ship the replacement to you at no charge. Garretson's Sport Center will do everything we can to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without hassle. Refused Deliveries If you refuse delivery, a credit will be issued for the price of the merchandise minus the actual cost of shipping and the cost of return shipping. All credits will be applied to the original payment method. Damaged, Missing or Lost Packages All Packages are inspected for damage before they are shipped. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within 48 hours after the package was received. We do not issue refunds for returns of damaged merchandise. An item that was discovered damaged upon receipt will be replaced with the same model only. Should the item not be available for replacement, the customer will be issued a credit for the original cost of the damaged item. Should your package be deemed Lost in Transit, please contact us immediately. We do not issue refunds for Lost Items. An item that was deemed to be Lost will be replaced with the same model only. Should the item not be available for replacement, the customer will be issued store credit for the original cost of the lost item.
